Refund Policy

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To do so, they must notify us in writing via the email address indicated in our contact section.

Refunds will only be issued once the artwork has been received and verified to be tamper-evident and in the same condition as when delivered. Returns will not be accepted for custom artwork, custom orders, or downloadable digital products, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. SANCHO is not responsible for processing or refund times associated with the payment service used by the customer.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to SANCHO.
