Shipping Policy

 

1. National Shipments (Colombia)

We ship throughout Colombia using certified carriers. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and type of work.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. In some cases, shipping may be included in the final price.

2. International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but are generally between 10 and 20 business days.
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred in the destination country. We recommend checking local regulations before making your purchase.

3. Packaging and Security

All works are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during shipping. For works on canvas or in special formats, additional protective and reinforcing measures will be taken.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be sent a tracking number or link to monitor the shipment's status.

5. Delays and Liability

SANCHO is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or logistics issues related to the carrier. However, we will continuously monitor the delivery to ensure the artwork reaches its destination.

The USER must also pay any customs fees and taxes incurred in connection with the order. These fees are due upon receipt of the order and are not included in the price of the products. If the order is not received due to reasons attributable to the customer, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

SANCHO undertakes to deliver the merchandise purchased by the customer to the address indicated on the order form. In the event of omission or error in completing this information, SANCHO is not responsible for any inconvenience caused, and the resulting return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
